Home air quality testing
Finding the Problems, Providing the Solutions
Home air quality testing is not just about waving tools around. It is using building science and environmental health together to understand how your home works, how it fails, and how it can be impacting your family’s health. Tools cannot answer that, experts can.

Indoor air quality testing
Indoor air quality testing looks at biologicals, chemicals, particulates and electromagnetic radiation (EMR). Each of these elements can uniquely impact health, as well as synergistically create wellness concerns. By looking at all of these elements, better health outcomes can occur.
Residential air quality testing
Residential air quality testing is not the same as industrial or commercial air quality. Typical residential levels are lower than factories, but the longer exposure times in homes creates potentially similar health concerns. Younger and older people are more impacted because they spend more time indoors.
Indoor environmental quality
Indoor environmental quality inspections for commercial buildings look at how the commercial building operates and how the exposures within the typical 8 hour work day impact staff health and well-being. Healthier workspaces reduce sick days, and improve productivity.
YOUR HEALTHY HOUSE
Let us help you be healthier.
We bring enough experience and tools to help you better understand your home through both education, and measurements. We look at biologicals, chemicals, particulates and EMR, typically in real time. Lab analysis is available when more details are required, such as with mould. More importantly we’ll help you understand when and why it makes sense to test, and when it doesn’t, so you feel confident with the new knowledge that you will gain through the inspection.

Our Inspection Services
General Questions
No two projects are remotely the same. We tailor our services and teams to meet your project goals and budget, providing the highest level of service in the most efficient manner.
How much does an air quality inspection cost?
Costs depends on numerous variables such as square footage, location, and issues. When reaching out, please answer the questions for inspections to the best of your abilities to help create an accurate quote.
How long does an air quality inspection take?
Typically air quality inspections take 3-4 hours, as we move from outside to inside, top to bottom. Buildings operate like a system and it is important to see the whole building and how it works, to understand how it fails.
What tools do you bring?
We have a variety of meters to measure different variables such as temperature, relative humidity, moisture in materials, Carbon Monoxide, gas leaks, and more. Tools, of course are only as smart as the user, and we have been doing this since 2005.
